Based on the features of mobility, the MORQ can offer the access for outpatient reservation and provide the real-time information of outpatient waiting room via wireless handheld devices. With the help of this system, a patient not only can make an outpatient reservation but also query which patient the doctor is treating now. By this way, he or she can choose the right time to go to hospital, thus reducing the unnecessary waiting time.
