abstract = "A novel decoupling technique to enhance the isolation between two antennas is proposed. This provides a compact and distributed solution to the problem of isolation enhancement in any two closely spaced antennas. Closed-form design formulas for the LC decoupling network are derived. The proposed technique is applied to decouple three types of antennas and it is shown that the LC network provides good isolation while preserving the input matching characteristics.",
