Abstract

We propose and present the first demonstration of a 3-D visible-light-positioning (VLP) utilizing Two-Stage-Neural-Network (TSNN) and Signal-Strength-Enhancement (SSE) to mitigate the light-non-overlapping-regions. In a practical room of 200×150×300 cm3, the average errors are <9 cm.
