護理人員自建資訊系統之歷程研究-以血液透析室為例

The busy nurses often spent a lot of time in dealing with handwriting document recording and medical information error resorting. In particular, the long term of hemodialysis patients and their accumulated medical records have been caused the data management problem and nursing quality sliding. For the hemodialysis unit in study, for example, nurses improved the DOS, by using ”Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA)” and ”End-User-Computering” (EUC) model, to meet the nursing system requirements. Development of information through the guidance of experts, the composition of the nursing team learned and developed an end-user-computing information system to manage the long-term hemodialysis patients when the traditional instruments on the operating loss and inconvenience for the nurses to create more time in intensive care in collecting information at convenience and integrity of detailed records of units in the development of care management information system course. The nurses made use of an income nursing information to integrate, analyze, and study, making use of the clinical caring work, and promoting to serve hemodialysis patients and caring quality.
